We’ll have games in the final firmware but we’re yanking them out for presale because this is a competition with prize trophies. So presale firmware will have some cool animations and things to play with, but not the final games.
We’ll have them up for pre-defcon sales as soon as we get the documentation into a suitable condition.

- We’ll release final firmware on defcon day 1 (Thursday morning) so that everyone can play along and compete for the trophies. Applying new firmware is really easy. No programming interfaces required, just USB-C. and a computer.
